Creatively addressing unmet needs

Fundraising to help our neighbors live up to their God-given potential!

Let me share a story about one of our neighbors!

One of our regular Georgetown EATS neighbors, who we affectionately call "Brick", shared with us that his bicycle was stolen. This was after we noticed that he was not coming for a meal as he usually does. Brick's bicycle is his primary means of transportation in getting around in the community and even to Friendship Place for a warm meal.

Brick is on a restricted income and did not have the means to purchase a bicycle for himself. Through our Georgetown LIVES program, we were blessed with a donated bicycle that we were excited to provide to Brick. Brick is a neighbor who does not meet a stranger. He always leaves our volunteers smiling and is actively engaged in receiving prayer from our Georgetown PRAYS program.

This is just one example of how your giving helps us creatively meet the unmet needs of our neighbors.
